Welcome to NeuraChange! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NeuraChange mobile application and related services ("the App" or "Service") provided by us ("we", "us", or "our").
By using NeuraChange, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in certain jurisdictions) to use NeuraChange. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
To access some features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and all activities under it.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
You agree to use NeuraChange only for lawful purposes. You may not:
NeuraChange is a wellness and habit-building tool, not a medical or mental-health treatment. It does not diagnose conditions, provide therapy, or replace professional advice. Always consult a qualified health professional for medical or psychological concerns.
You retain ownership of the inputs you provide (goals, affirmations, etc.). By using the app, you grant us a non-exclusive license to process and store that content as needed to provide the service.
You are responsible for the legality and appropriateness of the content you enter.
All rights to the NeuraChange brand, logo, software, and generated content (excluding user inputs) are owned by us or our licensors.
You may not use, copy, or distribute any part of the app without permission. Generated audio files, affirmations, and meditations are for your personal use only and may not be resold, sublicensed, or used for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
We rely on trusted third-party vendors (for example, Google Gemini, Azure Cognitive Services, Amazon Polly, and other voice/text processors) to generate audio and language outputs. We share only the minimum data required (such as text prompts or synthesized audio requests) to deliver each session.
You can review the list of processors, data fields, and legal bases in our Privacy Policy and manage consent in the in-app privacy controls. By using the Service you agree to the terms and privacy policies of these providers to the extent they process your data on our behalf.
NeuraChange offers auto-renewable subscriptions with a three-day free trial. After the trial ends, you will be charged unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial expires. Subscription options currently include:
Prices are displayed in the App and may vary by region. Billing and refunds are handled by Apple. To manage or cancel your subscription, open your Apple ID settings > Subscriptions. We cannot cancel subscriptions on your behalf.
NeuraChange is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will meet your expectations, be error-free, or available at all times.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the app.
You may delete your account at any time from the in-app Settings ▸ Account ▸ Delete Account menu, or by contacting admin@neurachange.com. Upon deletion we remove personal data subject to legal retention requirements and the timelines described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or email. Continued use of the app implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Buenos Aires, Argentina. Any dispute or claim arising from these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the competent courts located in the City of Bahía Blanca.
